Superbad

I read a a review by Sean Burns who writes for the Philadelphia Times and is a movie critic and wrote and article about Superbad. He seemed to have really enjoyed the movie. He kept talking about how funny it was and how he couldn't control his laughter. He talking about how Knocked Up was a great way to open the summer and the same director again came out with Superbad at the end of the summer and says how it was a great way to end the summer, with and ever funnier comedy for people to enjoy
Our summer kicked off with the Sublime Knocked Up (written and directed by Apatow, starring Rogen), and now it is closes with the even raunchier, ever funnier Superbad (produced by Apatow, co-written by Rogen, who also plays a crucial supporting role).

Knocked Up was one of the biggest blockbusters and Superbad is supposed to be even better then that. He says how much of a naughty and dirty movie it is, never something you should take your mom too because it is just to inappropriate.

So filthy, so naughty, so true, Superbad is simply a joy to behold. I laughed so hard i hurt myself.

It is a great teen movie that he thinks everyone would enjoy. Sean talks about how a lot of sex movies don't turn out so well sometimes so the protagonists but this one should make them inferior because it was that good. Sean believes tho two main characters, John Hill and Micheal Cerra, are "the funniest guys in the room". I agree with Sean Burns that this movie was a very good way to end the summer. It was very good and funny, i was laughing almost the whole movie . I don't believe this movie is only funny though, i also believe it is somewhat of a love story. All these two best friends are trying to do is be with the two girls they like and will do anything for them. I think this is a real life story showing that some people will do anything, even going to the extremes, to get what they want. It is really nice how the characters appreciate each other in the end. I think it is nice how they show the nerdy kids from back in the 80's and how everyone acted, even though it is somewhat the same now. This very hilarious comedy begins with Fogell getting a fake ID and everything going wrong after that. There are many witty lines that just keep making you laugh throughout the whole thing. I recommend this movie to all teens for sure and maybe some adults with a good sense of humor. Maybe not so much parents, knowing their kids watch it and understand everything they are talking about. Most of the reviews this movie got were all good and i think that should make you want to see it too, know it was one of the best movies of the summer.
This Movie is so winning and relatable because it's all about faking it. In that sense, we are all McLovin.

Kristina: Nice job overall. One thing to keep in mind: use more specific examples of what you liked about the movie. That way you can build off what the reviewer is talking about it instead of saying kind of the same thing.
